Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides a lot more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer different optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you complete your requirements, whilst being safe and efficient at the worksite. When accuracy and precision are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you need.
The Future
In order to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible, many attachments have been engineered and developed like winches, booms, and rotating fork carriages, to enable the forklift to position materials more accurately. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures in order to place loads in the upper or center floors or on interior roof slope settings. New products and attachments are being developed and engineered all the time and would debut in the future.
Many improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. Like for example, load-reach management devices could automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled rather than depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to know the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the extension of the boom and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is an essential lock-up device or a warning system that prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
