Established during 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes began as a family business in the Northern Italy's largest industrial place. During the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into an industrial and manufacturing economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in constructing bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, a wide array of forklifts, presses, farming machines and prefabrication molds.
The business began crane production in the year 1963. Over time, the company pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru presently makes and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These equipments are designed and engineered for various applications and there are models available to cover all construction requirements.
Some models offer really flexible lifting options for companies that are constructing private houses and small buildings. Self-erecting cranes offer 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Other units include topless tower cranes. These cranes have 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are really adaptable and user friendly. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are regular tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any construction or building project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These types of cranes are specifically designed to work in restricted sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are situated in close proximity to each other.
